That means concept development, floor plans, curated selections, vendor coordination, procurement, delivery management, and final installation styling. Whether you're furnishing a new home, renovating a kitchen, or building from the ground up, we guide every decision and manage every detail.

- Discovery call & in-home consultation. We begin with a thorough understanding of your home, lifestyle, and design goals. This includes a walkthrough of your space and a deep conversation about how you live in it.
- Project Direction Board. A curated visual presentation of your design direction: color palette, material textures, furniture style, and spatial mood, all aligned before we begin.
- Complete scope of work. A detailed document outlining every phase of your project, from design development through installation, with clear milestones and expectations.
- Floor plan & space planning. Scaled layouts with furniture placement, traffic flow, and spatial relationships mapped for every room in your project scope.
- 2D/3D renderings. Photorealistic visualizations of your spaces so you can see exactly how the final design will look before a single item is ordered.
- Curated selections & approvals. We present carefully curated options for every element: furniture, finishes, fabrics, fixtures, lighting, and accessories. Nothing moves forward without your approval.
- Procurement & ordering. We handle all purchasing, order tracking, delivery scheduling, and receiving. Trade-only items come through our client portal. Vendor-direct products, we provide the links.
- Vendor & trade coordination. We manage relationships and schedules with contractors, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other trades, making sure every detail is executed to specification.
- Installation & final styling. On installation day, our team manages furniture placement, art hanging, accessory styling, and every finishing detail until the space is complete.
- Renovation & new build support. For projects involving construction, we collaborate with architects and builders from the earliest stages to make sure the finished space reflects your design vision.

For items we source and order on your behalf, including trade-only products and custom pieces, you'll receive payment links through our client portal. For vendor-direct items, we provide the product links. All procurement, delivery tracking, and receiving are managed by our team.
