1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Quiet Luxury Design, Co. website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Services Overview

Quiet Luxury Design, Co. provides interior design services including consultations, Designer on Demand sessions, and full-service interior design engagements. Specific terms, scope, deliverables, and pricing for individual projects are defined in separate service agreements provided upon engagement.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Discovery calls scheduled through our website are complimentary and carry no obligation. Paid service engagements require a signed agreement and retainer payment before work begins. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in your individual service agreement.

4. Payment Terms

• A retainer is due at the time of signing to reserve your project on our calendar.
• Subsequent payments follow the schedule outlined in your service agreement.
• Payments are accepted via ACH debit, cash, or check as specified on your invoice.
• Late payments may result in work being paused until the account is current.

5. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, mood boards, floor plans, renderings, and other creative materials produced by Quiet Luxury Design, Co. remain our intellectual property until the project is completed and paid in full. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the design materials for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your home.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our design work without written permission.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely access to the project site when required
• Making decisions and approvals within agreed-upon timelines
• Communicating openly about budget constraints, preferences, and concerns
• Ensuring that any third-party contractors comply with project specifications

7. Product Purchasing

For items sourced on your behalf, you will receive a link to complete payment through our client portal. For products available directly from vendors, we will provide vendor links so you can order at the best available price. All product purchases are subject to the vendor's return and warranty policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Quiet Luxury Design, Co. provides design recommendations and project management services in good faith. We are not responsible for:

• Defects in products manufactured or shipped by third-party vendors
• Delays caused by shipping carriers, manufacturers, or contractors outside our control
• Variations in color, texture, or finish between samples and final products
• Work performed by contractors not directly engaged by our firm

Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid for the applicable service engagement.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in the state where the project is located.

10. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Use automated systems to scrape, mine, or extract content from our Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
